Inside your personal report

A closer look at your personality.

Read about the strengths you rely on, the habits you fall into under pressure, and the motivations behind the things that matter to you. Your report explores how you make decisions, what keeps you engaged, and why you sometimes feel pulled in two directions.

It also includes a personal operating manual: practical guidance you can come back to as you recognize these patterns in everyday life.

Alex’s sample results

Your personality, at a glance.

Six everyday preferences Clockwise from the top: Solitude to Social, Examples to Concepts, Wing it to Plan it, Think quietly to Think aloud, Comfort to Solutions, and Move on to Fine-tune. A position closer to an outside word leans toward that preference. The middle ring means a balance between the two preferences. The center is empty. Neither endpoint is better, and shape size and overlap are not compatibility scores. This chart shows one person with a solid blue line and circle markers. The scales below describe their preferences. Solitude Social Examples Concepts Wing it Plan it Think quietly Think aloud Comfort Solutions Move on Fine-tune

Each section shows one of Alex’s preferences. Neither end is better.

A few chapters from your report

  1. How Your Mind Works
  2. What Motivates You
  3. Your Strengths
  4. Your Stress Pattern
  5. Your Inner Conflict
  6. Personal Operating Manual

Two systems. One personal report.

Understand how you think and what drives you.

Your preferences and your motivations tell different parts of your story. We bring both into your report so you can see how they work together.

MBTI-style personality typing

Explore how you take in information, make decisions, and approach the world. Your four-letter type describes the preferences you tend to return to, with charts that help you see where you fall along those scales.

Enneagram type and wing

Look at the motivations behind your habits, including what you value, what concerns you, and what helps you feel secure. Your wing adds another part of the picture, helping explain differences between people with the same core Enneagram type.

Questions that adapt to you

A careful test that respects your time.

Your answers help choose which questions come next. When one part of your profile becomes clearer, the test can focus on areas that need a closer look. If possible results are close, targeted follow-up questions help distinguish them.

Important conclusions draw on several answers. That gives the test more than one way to explore a pattern, while the adaptive questions keep the assessment focused. Allow about 15–20 minutes. The exact number of questions can vary.
