This is a very in depth informative questionnaire that gives you A TON of information that can help you better understand yourself and to understand your spouse. I love that it helps find out ways that you can better communicate with each other in a way that is understanding on both sides. It isn’t judgmental and really just helps you better understand and learn about both of you. I felt that it sparked a lot of great conversations about different scenarios that we had already been through and how we could do it better with more understanding. It is also something that you can easily come back for reference in future conversations. Definitely worth it in my opinion.
