One purchase. Two people.
Each US$35 package includes two linked package invitations, two personal guides, and one shared guide. Any applicable tax is shown at Stripe checkout before payment. The main checkout and gift checkout each purchase one two-person package. Group purchases let you buy 1–10 independent pairs. Every shared guide is between two people, never a comparison across the whole group. You can claim an invitation yourself or give unclaimed invitations to other people. There is no subscription and no additional charge to claim or generate the included guides. The payment statement may show NEOTYPE 16.
Each person must be 18 or older and claim their own pass using a separate verified email account. Keep unclaimed pass codes private: someone with a code may claim it. For new signups from September 26, 2026, claiming includes sharing your full personal guide and results with the person using the matching pass, as well as receiving the shared couples guide. This is explained before you agree and start. Your answers stay private. You can change future personal-guide access in your account. Existing participants keep their saved sharing choices.
Starting free
The free experience requires a verified email account and is available to United States residents age 18 or older. It includes selected personal chapters and personality visuals online, one partner invitation and the same visual couples comparison for both people once both assessments are complete and shared access is active. A partner must explicitly agree to link results and may reuse a saved assessment. Free access does not include the full couples narrative, AI chatbot, workbook, PDF downloads or complete print-ready book. Newsletter and upgrade follow-up permission is optional, off by default, and can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link or email preferences.
If either linked participant buys the full package, the other does not pay again. With the recorded permission, completed assessments carry over to the respective verified accounts. A partner who has not finished can continue their saved assessment. For the new free experience, upgrading unlocks the complete approved personal guide and exact personality types with downloads added, and the full couples guide adds AI-assisted writing about your pairing. Earlier free reports and invitations retain their original access. Historical browser-only drafts remain available for 30 days from starting through the browser-resume page, subject to their original browser-storage limits.
Delivery and saved progress
Your assessment saves as you continue, so you can pause and return. Final submission starts your personal report independently. In the full package, when both personal guides and the information needed for sharing are ready, the shared guide is created automatically. We email you when each paid guide is ready; you can read it online or download its PDF from your account. The new free experience supplies the online personal guide and visual comparison without paid downloads. Preparation time varies, particularly if a service or report needs attention. Your account shows the current status. Do not pay again if you are waiting—contact support.
14-day refund policy
If you’re dissatisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of purchasing your package. Complete the refund form in My account with a reason and a short private comment. You can request a refund whether or not either person has started or finished. Starting an assessment, opening a guide or waiting for your partner does not extend the 14-day deadline.
Your submission time determines whether your request is within the window. Eligible requests may be approved promptly. If a request needs review, we aim to respond within 24 hours; a previous refund does not automatically disqualify you. An approved refund returns the full amount actually paid for the affected package, including applicable tax, to the original payment method. We do not withhold a processing fee. Your bank may take additional time to show the refund.
Refunding a package ends both people’s online access to its assessments and guides. Access pauses once the refund is approved and being processed. Other packages in the same order are unaffected. A package obtained at no cost has no payment to return, but you can request cancellation and send feedback.
For a technical problem or undelivered paid work, contact [email protected] even after 14 days. Ordinary dissatisfaction after the deadline falls outside this guarantee. Ending sharing or deleting an experience does not automatically issue a refund or make a used pass reusable. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.
Refund terms for earlier purchases
Packages whose checkout began under our earlier policy keep that policy. Your package’s refund form shows the applicable options and deadlines.
Under that policy, each personal guide has a 48-hour refund window from its first opening by its owner. The couples guide has one 48-hour window from the first opening by either participant. A guide must first be opened within 30 days of becoming available to start its reading window. The buyer can also request cancellation within 30 days of payment while the package is unused or unfinished, before both assessments are submitted. A reason and short private comment are required. Approved refunds return the amount paid for that package and end both people’s online access. Technical or access problems can still be reviewed outside those windows.
Optional beta features
The AI chatbot is an optional beta feature separate from the personal and couples guides included with a package. When you send a chat message, you ask the AI guide to use your message, recent conversation and relevant parts of guides you can read to help answer. OpenAI moderates each new message and Google Gemini prepares allowed replies from the limited context described in the Privacy notice. It may be limited, changed, paused or withdrawn without affecting access to those guides. A displayed complimentary reply allowance belongs to that participant for that package. It is not a subscription and does not renew or recharge automatically. AI replies can be wrong; use them as possibilities to consider rather than facts about either person.
How to use your guides
Figure Us Out uses AI to offer personality insights, practical advice and conversation starters. It is not a clinical test, diagnosis, therapy, or a promise about compatibility or another person's thoughts. Treat interpretations as useful possibilities to discuss, not facts that overrule someone's own experience. Do not use the guides for medical, employment or other high-stakes decisions.
Figure Us Out's assessment, scoring methods, report framework, site content and generated guides are provided for personal use. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, resale, republication or reverse-engineering of the service or its underlying methods is not permitted. You may download, print and keep the guides created for your own package and share them privately for personal use.
